What is the difference between UX design and UI design?
UX design at S3A Technologies covers the entire arc of a product experience, from first impression through repeat use, for SaaS, e-commerce and enterprise products. The work is structured around jobs to be done: we map what users are actually trying to accomplish, draw the flows that solve it, prototype the difficult parts and validate before engineering touches anything. Four stages structure the engagement. Discover runs interviews, analytics review and a competitive scan so decisions rest on evidence. Map produces user journeys, service blueprints and information architecture aligned to business goals. Design delivers flows, wireframes and high-fidelity screens with full state coverage — including the error and empty states most projects defer. Validate runs usability tests, prototype sessions and stakeholder reviews before hand-off. UX design differs from UI design in scope: UX defines the journey, UI is the craft applied to each screen.
